What to Expect in a Reflexology Session …

Tony Koufos will schedule a ½ hour to allow for a thorough foot therapeutic session. During this appointment, you can share physical problems you are having – or emotional ones. With physical ailments, the body works in conjunction with the mind!

There is no "pain" involved with reflexology. There may be some discomfort as we work the distressed organ by applying pressure to the foot, but it will be minimal.

If you like, during the session we can discuss herbs or nutritional changes that might help you attain better health. This is strictly your decision. The treatment itself will provide help even with no other assistance.

About Reflexology

Reflexology SessionReflexology helps to break up deposits using compression to have free-flowing circulation again ... schedule an appointment and consider discussing nutritional changes and herbal remedies to improve your whole health!

Though new to the United States, reflexology has been used by the Chinese for over 5,000 years. Many historians surmise that it went relatively unnoticed throughout the years, competing for attention with acupuncture which was "born" about the same time. In Europe and Asia reflexology has received more attention than in the United States. England's Princess Diana was known to schedule regular reflexology appointments.

Dr. Tony uses new modalities to achieve Reflexology results. His touch can be either mechanized, or he can use a proven solution of boot reflexology. Both forms of treatment have great results.

What is Reflexology?

In theory, reflexology is based on the belief that every organ in the body has a corresponding pressure point on a foot. If the body is healthy, no tender areas should be found. In reality, reflexologists often can feel deposits while massaging feet. They work to break up or dissolve these deposits using compression massage so the body can have free-flowing circulation again.

Reflexology is suitable for all ages and may bring relief from a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.  After you have completed a course of reflexology treatment for a specific condition, many people find it beneficial to continue with regular treatments in order to maintain health and well-being.
